Digital Product

UsageQuote is a digital online tool. After purchase, customers receive access through a license key and can use the calculator immediately.

Refund Window

If you purchased UsageQuote by mistake or cannot access the product, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@usagequote.app. We will review the request and help resolve access issues.

When Refunds May Be Provided

Refunds may be provided when a duplicate payment was made, the license key does not work and we cannot resolve the issue, or the purchase was made accidentally and the product has not been meaningfully used.

When Refunds May Be Declined

Refunds may be declined when the product has already been used to generate quotes, when a license key has been shared or misused, or when the request is made after the 7-day review window.

UsageQuote provides indicative pricing guidance only. We cannot guarantee that a brand will accept a quote, that a negotiation will succeed, or that a specific rate will be achieved.
