1. Product

UsageQuote is an online pricing assistant for creators. It helps users prepare indicative usage rights quotes for UGC and creator-content deals, including paid usage, whitelisting, exclusivity, territory, term, raw footage and buyout requests.

2. Not Legal, Financial Or Tax Advice

UsageQuote provides indicative pricing guidance only. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting or professional advice. The results are estimates based on the information entered by the user. Final rates may vary by market, creator experience, campaign scope, territory, platform, contract terms and negotiation context.

Users are responsible for reviewing their contracts, confirming the exact usage terms with the brand, and seeking professional advice where needed.

3. Access And License Keys

UsageQuote may offer a limited number of free calculations. Paid access is provided through a one-time purchase and license key. A license key is for the purchaser's own use and should not be shared, resold or published.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy or another third-party payment provider. UsageQuote does not store card details. Taxes may be calculated and collected by the payment provider depending on the buyer's location.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected backend logic, or use UsageQuote for unlawful purposes.

6. Availability

UsageQuote is provided as a lightweight online tool. We aim to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation Of Liability

UsageQuote is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, UsageQuote is not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, business decisions, contract outcomes, disputes with brands, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tool.
